Assistant Professor Dr. Tanawat Srisiriwat, Deputy Dean for Administration, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the merit-making ceremony commemorating the 146th anniversary of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sunantha Kumareerat, at Wat Ratchabophit Sathit Mahasimararam, Bangkok, to express gratitude for her royal benevolence and to remember her evident virtues.

In this ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Acting President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided over the ceremony, leading the executive committee, faculty, staff, students, and alumni in laying floral wreaths at the royal cemetery and participating in the merit-making ceremony at the main temple, which included chanting Buddhist prayers, offering funeral robes, and presenting offerings to the monks.

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University continues to humbly acknowledge Her Majesty Queen Sunantha Kumareerat's royal benevolence and uphold her evident virtues. Her Majesty the Queen passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
