Suthanapinyo, Lecturer of the Thai Language Department, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Conducted a project to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the learning enhancement of small network schools in Ranong province, phase 2 at Ban Song Phi Nong School. There was a special lecture on “Effects of the Development of Reading and Writing Skills and Moral Ethics of Elementary School Students” by the Director of Ban Song Phi Nong School. Along with the faculty were the speakers in the morning discussion on “Effects of using educational innovations to improve students' reading and writing skills” and the afternoon discussion on “Effects of using educational innovations to promote morality and ethics of students. ”
