Superintendent of Basic Knowledge
(B.T.C.) for 4th year students enrolled
in Red Cross Young Scout courses and
learner development activities. To gain
knowledge and understanding about Scout
affairs in general Able to practice on
Scouting skills and ceremonies And apply
the knowledge gained from the training
to benefit oneself and Scouting Affairs
at Pongrat Scout Camp, Nong Kum
Sub-district, Bo Phloy District,
Kanchanaburi Province.
