The Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, congratulates Mr. Seksan Chanphen, a fourth-year student in the Thai Language program, on winning first runner-up in the 8th National Recitation Contest for Higher Education Students. The contest, for the Privy Council's Honorary Trophy, was organized by the Student Development and Arts and Culture Division of Southeast Bangkok University, in collaboration with the Thai Studies Institute, Chulalongkorn University, the Department of Cultural Promotion, the Fine Arts Department, and the Office of National Identity Promotion.
