
Assistant Professor Panuwat Sivaskunraj, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the workshop on enhancing the potential of lecturers and advisors in developing soft skills through the Social Engineering Process (Advanced Level), Phase 2.
The workshop was held for faculty and staff from 38 Rajabhat universities to strengthen their capacity as advisors and promoters of student development with 21st-century skills, especially soft skills. These skills are crucial for life, work, and being a quality citizen in society. This aligns with the policy of driving Rajabhat universities towards sustainable local development through the "Social Engineering" process, which aims to create graduates who are thinkers, communicators, coordinators, and innovators for society.
The workshop was honoured by the participation of Dr Nongrat Isaro, Advisor to the Council of Rajabhat University Presidents and President of the Thai Sustainable Development Foundation, along with a team of lecturers who shared their knowledge on developing soft skills through the social engineering process with the participants. Dr Nongrat Isaro, advisor to the Council of Rajabhat University Presidents and president of the Thai Sustainable Development Foundation; Mr Ratchanon Wanichsombat, founder of Game Flexx and expert in storytelling through games; and Ms Prakai ดาว Pimpa, human development expert, shared their knowledge on developing soft skills using the social engineering process and the principles of AI application with training participants on June 11-13, 2026, at Meeting Room 4, Multipurpose Building and Cultural Centre, Phranakhon Rajabhat University.
