The Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a workshop aimed at developing organizational quality towards excellence according to the OKRs & EdPEx approach.

The Faculty of Education held a workshop on "Developing Organizational Quality towards Excellence according to the OKRs & EdPEx Approach" from August 13-14, 2026, at the Pundin Pundaw Meeting Room, Rachabura Hotel, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province.

Assistant Professor Dr. Kannika Piromrat, Dean of the Faculty of Education, presided over the opening ceremony and provided policy and operational directions to drive the Faculty of Education towards becoming an organization of excellence.

This workshop was held to review operational results and establish strategic guidelines. And to develop the quality of educational management sustainably, the training included lectures on important topics such as the following:

- Guidelines for teaching and learning management in the 2026 academic year by Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Sethapong, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs.

- Implementation according to the EdPEx and AUN-QA guidelines and linking performance results with the faculty's strategies by Assistant Professor Dr. Boonrudee Udomphol, Deputy Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance.

- Knowledge exchange activities on student development by Assistant Professor Panuwat Siwasakulraj, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs.

- Presentation of departmental work and plans by heads/representatives of departments, presenting performance results, problems, and obstacles in the 2026 fiscal year and presenting projects for the 2027 fiscal year.

The focus was on reviewing performance results according to the internal quality assurance criteria at the faculty level and clarifying the guidelines for preparing self-assessment reports (SARs) to raise the educational standards of the Faculty of Education in the future.
