The Social Studies Program, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, provided first-year students with an enriching out-of-classroom experience by exploring Thai history at the Sai Suthannophadon Building Museum. On Monday, October 19, 2026, Lecturer Teerarat Thipjarasmetha led two sections of first-year social studies students to the museum—an initiative designed to encourage students to engage with and study history through an authentic, significant historical site. This field visit was an integral part of the course "SOZ1301: Thai History for Social Studies Teachers," aimed at broadening the students' learning horizons beyond the classroom. It allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of historical contexts, art, culture, and intellectual heritage—foundational elements for developing effective social studies teachers in the future.

The event was graced by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, who joined the group for a commemorative photograph and offered words of encouragement to both the lecturer and the students. The Social Studies Program also extends its sincere gratitude to the museum guide, whose expert insights and historical commentary throughout the visit provided an invaluable learning experience for the students.
