On October 21, 2026, the Faculty of Education at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University hosted a seminar titled "Life, Experience, and the Behind-the-Scenes of Novel Writing." The event featured guest speakers Prasertsak Padmarit—recipient of the 2024 S.E.A. Write Award—and popular contemporary novelist Kittisak Khongkha, both of whom shared their personal insights and professional experiences with the attendees. This seminar was part of a project aimed at enhancing academic potential and international perspectives to strengthen the competencies of professional Thai language teachers. It was integrated into the curriculum for the course "THI3316: Novels and Short Stories," overseen by the course instructor, Assistant Professor Dr. Saranpat Boonhok. The initiative was designed to provide students with an understanding of the creative process behind literary works from the perspective of professional authors, while fostering a deeper grasp of the structure and the creative journey involved in writing a novel.
