Assistant Professor Dr. Saranpat Boonhok was invited to present research on "soft power and literature" at the national conference, "The 3rd Thailand Talent Summit 2026."

During the event—held from September 23–25, 2026, at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH) in Chonburi province—Assistant Professor Dr. Saranphat presented a research paper titled "Reimagining a Shared Past: The Korean Wave and Thai-Korean Historical Novels." This research was supported by a grant from the "Research Capacity Development Fund for Early-Career Academics (2026)," provided by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). The study analyzes the dimensions of cultural relations and the interpretation of a shared history through the lens of the "Korean Wave," while exploring the role of Thai-Korean historical novels in fostering cross-cultural understanding.
