On October 27, 2026, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held a policy-setting meeting for the 2027 fiscal year at the Sunanthanusorn Auditorium. The event was also broadcast live to the university’s various campuses and education centers, aiming to communicate the institution's operational direction and enhance work efficiency.

The morning session for academic support staff featured presentations from the university’s executive leadership, including "Changing Mindsets, Transforming Leadership: Building a New Future for the University” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luedech Girdwichai; “Lean Organization” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon; and “Shifting Paradigms to Enhance Work Efficiency” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Khomsan Somnawat.
