On January 29, 2026, third-year Thai language students enrolled in the course "The Literature of Sunthorn Phu" visited the Sunthorn Phu Museum at Wat Thep Thidaram Worawihan in Phra Nakhon District. Associate Professor Benjaporn Praisorn, the course instructor, supervised and guided the tour. The purpose of the visit was to allow students to learn about the history of the world-renowned poet at the actual location where Sunthorn Phu once resided while ordained as a monk. The students embarked on a visit to Sunthorn Phu's living quarters (Kuti 7), now transformed into a museum showcasing modern multimedia exhibitions. These exhibits align with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 11: Recognizing the Value of Heritage and Goal 16: Awareness of the Social Context. The students also analyzed the social perspectives reflected in Sunthorn Phu's literature, which showcase moral principles, social coexistence, and respect for human dignity, all interwoven into his poems.
