The Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Kannika Piromrat, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Satthaphong, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs; and Assistant Professor Dr. Boonrudee Udomphol, Vice Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance, participated in a workshop on policy implementation and future university development directions.

The meeting was honoured by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriwiboon, President of the University, who presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on key issues concerning university adaptation for survival and competition in the era of educational crisis. Meanwhile, Associate Professor Dr. Luedech Girdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, shared insights on strategic management, the application of OKR, and budget allocation for maximum efficiency.

In addition, the workshop reviewed SSRU positioning, the path towards becoming a state-supervised university, reviewed the university's vision and strategies, and summarised the organisational direction to define clear development guidelines and prepare for future challenges.

From June 28-30, 2026, at Phumantra Resort, Nakhon Nayok Province, university administrators gathered to brainstorm, exchange perspectives, and determine the direction of university development to align with the changing context of higher education.
